Meet Samyia

Samyia is an integrative health student, traveler, and creator behind Sacred Study Hall — a living project focused on learning through experience. Her work weaves together traditional medicine, cultural fieldwork, and nervous system-informed wellness in a way that feels grounded, human, and accessible.

Beyond content creation, Samyia is building toward organizing in-person spaces where learning and healing can unfold collectively, with special care given to communities impacted by violence, displacement, and systemic harm.

She approaches wellness not as a destination, but as a relationship — to place, to the body, and to one another.
